Mission:
The Industrial Resource Centers (IRCs) help Pennsylvania manufacturers succeed in the global marketplace. The IRCs are the primary means through which the Commonwealth supports Pennsylvania small- and medium-sized companies. The IRCs help:

- Retain hundreds of thousands of skilled, higher-wage, family-friendly manufacturing jobs;
